Choon Bee 

(Ready Position)


2.


Look over left shoulder, step with left foot 180 degrees, low block.
 

Korean:
Ha dan mah kee, chun gul jaseh

 

 

3.


Maintain stance and sight direction. Shifting your weight slightly to the right rear leg in preparation, deliver a right hand reverse knife hand attack*. 

*Korean:
Teul Oh Sang Dan Soo Do Kong Kyuk


4.


Maintain stance and sight direction. With both hands grab the neck area in a choking type motion. Elbows drop as your pull down and deliver a right leg knee strike*. Forearms should be parallel with the ground, the toes of the kicking foot pointed downwards.

Step forward with right leg, perform center punch in front stance* (right leg forward, right arm throws the punch) 

*Korean:
Chong dan kong kyuk, chun gul jaseh

Maintain stance and sight direction. Deliver left hand middle reverse punch.*

*Korean: Teul oh Chong dan kong kyuk, chun gul jaseh

Look over right shoulder, step with right foot 180 degrees, low block.

Look straight ahead. Step straight ahead with your right foot into a side stance while simultaneously delivering a right handed middle punch*. 

Korean:
Wheng Jin Kong Kyuk

Maintain sight direction. Step straight ahead with your left foot into a side stance while simultaneously delivering a left handed middle punch.

Maintain sight direction. Step straight ahead with your right foot into a side stance while simultaneously delivering a right handed middle punch. 

KIYAP!

Look back to your left. Step with your left foot 90 degree sto the left into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneously deliver a left hand middle knife block*.

Hu Gul Choong Dan Soo Do Mahkee

Look straight ahead. Step forward, center punch.

Look back to your right. Step with your right foot 180 degrees to the right into a right foot forward back stance. Simultaneously deliver a right hand middle knife block.

Look straight ahead. Step forward, center punch.

Look left, step with left foot 90 degrees into a left foot forward front stance. Simultaneously cross both arms in front of you, ending in a double knife hand type movement.

Maintain sight direction. Advance forward by delivering a right foot front snap kick* to the mid section. Simultaneously pull both hands straight back to the sides of your waist (palms facing your body.)

Maintain sight direction. As your right foot lands forward into a right foot forward front stance, simultaneously both arms cross in front of you, ending in a double knife hand movement.

Maintain sight direction. Advance forward by delivering a left foot front snap kick* to the mid section. Simultaneously pull both hands straight back to the sides of your waist (palms facing your body.)

Maintain sight direction. As your left foot lands forward into a left foot forward front stance, simultaneously both arms cross in front of you, ending in a double knife hand movement.

Maintain sight direction. Advance forward by delivering a right foot front snap kick* to the mid section. Simultaneously pull pull your right hand straight back to the side of your waist, your left hand maintaining the extended position.

Maintain sight direction. As your right foot lands into a right foot forward front stance, deliver a right handed center punch.

KIYAP!

27.

Look back to your left. Step with your left foot to the left as your body rotates to the left 270 degrees into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneously deliver a left-hand low block*.

Korean:
Ha Dan Mahk Kee Hu Gul Jaseh

 

28.

Look straight ahead. Step forward with the right foot, simultaneously delivering a right hand high punch*. 

Korean:
Sang Dan Mahk Kee Chun Gul Jaseh

 

29.

Look back to your right. Step with your right foot to the right as your body rotates to the right 180 degrees into a right foot forward back stance. Simultaneously deliver a right-hand low block.

 

30.

Look straight ahead. Step forward with the left foot, simultaneously delivering a left hand high punch. 

 

31.

Look to your left and move your left foot back into a return position (Ba Ro).
