Choon Bee 

(Ready Position)

Low block, front stance*, (left leg forward, left arm performs the block) 

*Korean:
Ha dan mah kee, chun gul jaseh


3.

Perform center punch in front stance* (right leg forward, right arm performs throws the punch) 

*Korean:
Chong dan kong kyuk, chun gul jaseh

 


4.

Look over right shoulder, step with right foot 180 degrees, low block.
 

Korean:
Ha dan mah kee, chun gul jaseh

 

 

5.

Bring you right hand to the up to the height of your solar plexus, then quickly snap it down, while simultaneously shifting into a side stance*

Korean:
Sa Ko Rip Jaseh

 

6.

Bring your right foot back to your left foot, perform a circular clockwise hammer fist* strike. 

Korean:
Kwan Do

7.

Step forward, center punch. 

 

8.

Look left, step with left foot 90 degrees, deliver low block in front stance.

 

9.

While in the same stance, perform a left handed center knife hand block*.

Korean:
Choong Dan Soo Do Mahk Kee

 

10.

Look straight ahead, step with the right foot into a right foot forward front stance, while simultaneously delivering a right handed high block*.

Korean:
Sang Dan Mahk Kee Chun Gul Jaseh

Look straight ahead, step with the left foot into a left foot forward front stance, while simultaneously delivering a left handed high block.

Look straight ahead, step with the right foot into a right foot forward front stance, while simultaneously delivering a right handed high block.

KIYAP!

Look to your left, turn 270 degrees to you left into a left foot forward front stance, simultaneously delivering a left handed low block.

Step forward, center punch.

 

15.

Look to your left, turn 180 degrees to you right into a right foot forward front stance, simultaneously delivering a right handed low block.

Step forward, center punch. 

 

17.

Look left, step with left foot 90 degrees, low block.

Step forward, center punch.

KIYAP!

21.

Look back to your left, turn 270 degrees to your left into a left foot forward back stance while simultaneously delivering a left handed low knife block*.

Korean:
Hu Gul Hadan Soo Do Mahk Kee

Look to your right, step with your right foot 45 degrees to the right into a right foot forward back stance, while simultaneously delivering a right handed low knife block.

 

23.

Look back to your right, step with your right foot 135 degrees to your right into a right foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a right hand low knife hand block.

 

24.

Look to your left, step with your left foot 45 degrees to the right into a left foot forward back stance, while simultaneously delivering a left handed low knife block.

 

25.

Return (Ba Ro) by bringing your left foot back and placing it next to your right foot. Simultaneously, your left hand is pulled back and your right hand is moved up so both cross at the chest area. Slowly, both hands are then lowered to the stomach area.
