1.


Choon Bee 

(Ready Position)


 

2.


Look to your left, your left foot steps to the left side into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a left hand side block.* 

*Korean:
Hu Gul Yup Mahk Kee


3.

Perform center punch in front stance* (right leg forward, right arm performs throws the punch) 

*Korean:
Chong dan kong kyuk, chun gul jaseh

 


4.

Look back to your right, pivot on your left foot as you turn 180 degrees into a right foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a right hand side block.

 

 

5.

Step forward, center punch.

 

 

6.

Look left, step with left foot 90 degrees, low block.

 

7.

Look straight ahead, step with your right foot in to a right foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform right hand side punch to the mid-section. *

*Korean:
Wheng Jin Kong Kyuk

Look straight ahead, step with your left foot in to a left foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform left hand side punch to the mid-section.

Look straight ahead, step with your right foot in to a right foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform right hand side punch to the mid-section.

KIYAP!

Look back to your left, pivot on your right foot as you turn 270 degrees to your left into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a left hand side block.

Step forward, center punch.

 

12.

Look back to your right, pivot on your left foot as you turn 180 degrees to your right into a right foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a right hand side block.

Step forward, center punch.

 

14.

Look left, step with left foot 90 degrees, low block.

Look straight ahead, step with your right foot in to a right foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform right hand side punch to the mid-section.

Look straight ahead, step with your left foot in to a left foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform left hand side punch to the mid-section. 

 

17.

Look straight ahead, step with your right foot in to a right foot forward horse stance. Simultaneously perform right hand side punch to the mid-section.

KIYAP!

Look back to your left, pivot on your right foot as you turn 270 degrees to your left into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneously perform a left hand side block.

Step forward, center punch.

 

20.

Look back to your right, pivot on your left foot as you turn 180 degrees to your right into a right foot forward back stance . Simultaneously perform a right hand side block. 

 

21.

Step forward, center punch.

 

22.

Return (Ba Ro) by bringing your left foot back and placing it next to your right foot. Simultaneously, your left hand is pulled back and your right hand is moved up so both cross at the chest area. Slowly, both hands are then lowered to the stomach area.
